本題windows和填空區省略了關係代名詞which(或that) were

windows which were open ：打開的窗戶

windows which were opened：被（某人）打開的窗戶

原句可拆成兩句：

He slept in a room with the windows. 他在有窗戶的房間裡睡覺。

The windows were open. 窗戶是開的。

依語意 選open會比opened還好
